There are only two SAP authorized institutes in India - Siemens and Genovate. Their fees are around 2.5 to 3 lakhs for the course. After completing a course from these authorized institutes, then only you are eligible to take the SAP certification exam.
There are a lot of unauthorized institutes all over India. They charge around 20K to 40K, but there is no value in the market for certifications from these institutes.

All other institutes for SAP are not recommended. Be cautious while selecting a good institute.
