Thank you so much for your input. My Chennai branch manager is a real nut. Every year, he sends us a reply stating that the Chennai office doesn't need an S & E license. The labor inspector issues a form that is essentially the same as one. I have seen the form, which doesn't contain much except for listing 5 public holidays. Please advise.
