Mansi, you could look at doing a macro-perspective study of the potential of employment in healthcare in India and the gaps. Look at parameters like - what is the current status of employment in healthcare, what education and skills are needed to be employable, salary, career advancements, etc. Depending on the time and effort you want to invest, you could take up 5-6 healthcare companies and do a comparative study on them.
