Let me introduce myself first...
I am relatively new to this site! I am working as an HR professional in a manufacturing concern in Mysore. :)
The HR Quiz is good. The content and the areas considered are interesting! The lateral thinking part... How would you actually evaluate it? There is no one right answer, right? If the person is on the creative side, they could come up with another good and plausible answer! If so, I guess all participants might be given equal scores, or is there any other way?

It was known to me that the questions were too easy. However, it was my first presentation in my company, so I wanted to use that platform to inform my colleagues and seniors about our shortcomings without having to go back to reading books or updating our knowledge. I wanted to make them realize how much we know at present, and above all, I didn't want to disappoint my participants.
