- How much do the Team Leaders and Supervisors have to take on HR activities as part of their role, especially in counseling the team members and their development?
- How can we coach the Team Leaders and Supervisors on HR aspects and motivate them to incorporate this into their roles?
I would appreciate it if you could help me with this. Please suggest some role plays/case studies for the same.
