Hi all,

My older post was under construction because of some reason, so please post here. Can anyone please help me with the psychological tests that can be implemented in HR activities? Examples include the House-Tree-Person Test (HTP) and the Draw-a-Man Test, among others.

Hi Yogesh,

This is Ambita here. I have completed my Psychometric testing certification from the British Psychological Society. It is essential to use a valid and reliable test.

Firstly, you should be very clear about the objective, whether you are using it for recruitment purposes or for developmental purposes. A good test that can be used for both is the 15FQ+, which is based on Cattell's 16PF. However, remember it is a personality test.

If you are seeking more of an ability/aptitude test, you can utilize the Critical Reasoning Test Battery (CRTB2) or the Technical Test Battery (TTB2), depending on the type of ability you are trying to assess.

Hope this information helps.

Ambita
