HI,
I'm to start doing a competency mapping and then subsequently a Job benchmarking project for several parts of my Organization
Does anyone have any Project doc that invloves the SCOPE/CHARTER/WBS and the Activity sheet.
If any one has any presentation on the steps that too will help

I have attached one more PPT on the same........It might be helpful to you...I dont know whether it would serve your purpose or not....but atlease will throw some light on it...

I will post the processI use in ppt form, essentially you wud need to conduct long interviews, repertory grid int and critical incident int with the senior mgt,supervisors and job incumbants. This is the data coll step, the methods stated are quali res tools, you will find material on these tool on web sites for quali res or sage pub has a series on qual res. Be vary of mgt consultants with no exp in quali res

thank you for your help.
the fact is that I have already read about most of them..
I havent seen it happening.
Most organizations that I have interviewed have supposedly " done it"
But COmpetency mapping in its true essence seems farcical..
I would love to hear testimonies of orgs where CM has worked...
I have a vision for my HR team, and CM and ADCs play a very vital role.
