As on date the shift working hours limited to 8-9 hours considering the breaks.
Legally the deployment of security guards should not be more than 8-9 hours per shift.
Thus we need 3 unit of guard per working day.
The number of relievers needed depends on several factors, but a common approach is to have 1.5 times the number of staff required for a single shift or 33%.
This accounts for days off, holidays, and potential absences.
There are agencies maitain 2/3 ratio for work life balance.
