Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Medical Sales Representative is tasked with promoting and selling medical products or equipment to healthcare professionals and facilities. This role involves building robust relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital staff, educating them on product features, benefits, and proper usage to drive sales and meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell medical products (e.g., devices, equipment, or pharmaceuticals) to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on product benefits and usage.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions as required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
