Fertility Treatment leave can be availed by all employees for a maximum of 2 weeks or 14 days (including weekends and public holidays) during their entire tenure at Fortanix. This leave can be taken both in breaks and continuously; however, the maximum cap of 14 days will remain. This will be a paid leave. The employee must attach relevant medical documents and approval emails to support the reason for availing of this leave.
