In my company as per FY 2025-2026 i have opted for new tax regime. Still they have mentioning Employee PF and Employer PF and deducting in my salary.
What my concern is it should be given in-hand. Since i have opted so new tax regime, is it legal i mean i cant even mention in sec80c since nothing is exempt in new tax regime.
I spoke to HR they say its company/govt policy . Hence asking here.
