I had seen the file attached herewith.
I will suggest that the basic should not be kept as minimum wages under the Minimum Wages Act. Ultimately, you have to make statutory deductions like PF, etc. Hence, the basic should be nearby 50 to 60 percent. It should also be changed whenever an increment is given. If wages are kept under the Minimum Wages Act, ultimately, it will have to be changed every six months due to the increase in the Minimum Wages Act.
I will suggest that there should be no impact of basic salary or DA on the Minimum Wages Act. Rest are fine.

I would like to know about the salary standards from employee to CEO. Specifically, I am interested in understanding how salaries are defined for each respective designation within the company. If anyone can provide me with insights on this matter, I would appreciate it.

My gross salary is Rs. 45,000. It's shown as Basic: 6,500 + HRA: 19,250 + TA: 19,250. Is the proportion correct? The issue arises when calculating Gratuity as the company considers only the basic salary of Rs. 6,500, not the entire Rs. 45,000. Is this not deceiving the employee? Are there any prescribed formats for splitting gross salaries?
