I was filling out the challan and found that I have some employees who have left, so now I don't have to submit their share. I wrote the reason for 0 days in the column LEFT (reason no. 2) with the date, but now the problem is it is showing an error when I am uploading my challan file that says (INVALID DATA FOUND FOR THOSE IPs, PLEASE SPECIFY VALID REASON FOR IP). Now, what should I do to submit the challan? Kindly help. Thank you.

Solution for Uploading Challan with Correct Data for Employees Who Left

To resolve the issue of uploading your challan with the correct data for employees who have left, follow these steps:

🔍 Ensure Valid Reason for IPs:
1. Go back to the column where you specified the reason for 0 days for employees who have left.
2. Verify that the reason provided is valid according to the guidelines of the Employees' State Insurance (ESI).
3. Double-check the format and content of the reason to ensure it meets the required standards.

🔍 Update the Data:
1. Correct any inaccuracies in the data related to employees who have left.
2. Provide a clear and justifiable reason for each employee who is no longer contributing.
3. Make sure that all necessary fields are correctly filled out to avoid any errors during the upload process.

🔍 Re-upload the Challan File:
1. Save the corrected challan file with the updated data for employees who have left.
2. Use the official portal or platform specified for ESI submissions to upload the revised file.
3. Check for any error prompts or messages during the upload to ensure the file is accepted successfully.

🔍 Seek Assistance if Necessary:

2. Provide all relevant details and explain the steps you have taken to address the issue for a more specific resolution.

By following these steps and ensuring the accuracy of the data provided for employees who have left, you should be able to successfully submit the challan without encountering the "INVALID DATA FOUND" error.
