Dear Friend,
In my company, we provide mobile reimbursement through post-paid connections. Previously, we used to provide recharge coupons, but now we offer post-paid connections to the marketing employees. Recharge coupons can still be given to employees at a fixed amount (e.g., Rs. 200/-), and they can use them according to their utility. It would be beneficial if you could fix the amount of mobile reimbursement based on designation.
