PF Transfer Getting Rejected 6 Times

Hi, I am unable to transfer my PF amount to the current company. Please help with a solution. Details are mentioned below:

Company 1 - UAN No. 1XXXXX11756 -- Was an EPS member. Date of Joining: 29-04-2010, Date of Exit: 01-10-2015. I have withdrawn all PF amounts, but the pension amount still exists.

Joined New Company-2 with New UAN 1XXXXX523287 as an EPS Member. Date of Joining: 05-10-2015, Date of Exit: 31-01-2018.

Joined New Company-3 with the same UAN 1XXXXX523287 as a NON-EPS Member. Date of Joining: 05-02-2018, Date of Exit: 29-02-2020. Also transferred PF amount from Company-2 to Company-3 PF account.

Joined New Company-4 with the same UAN 1XXXXX523287 as an EPS Member. Date of Joining: 02-03-2020. I am unable to transfer my previous Company-2 PF amount to the current company PF. The rejection reasons are mentioned below:

1) EPS not deducted by employer but TR in received from previous PF account member has EPS member.
2) Claim already settled.

Please provide me with a solution for getting my PF transferred.

Thanks

Regards, Lokesh Malode.

Dear Lokesh,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your PF transfer. It's a process that can sometimes be complicated, but I'm here to guide you through it.

Here are a few steps you can take:

1. 🔍 Check your service history: Log into the EPFO portal with your current UAN and check your service history. Make sure all your employment details are accurate, including your EPS membership status in each company.

2. 🤝 Rectify any discrepancies: If you find any errors, contact your previous employers to get them corrected.

3. 🤖 Clarify EPS status: In your case, it seems there's a discrepancy with your EPS status. In Company-3, you were a non-EPS member, but the EPFO might have received the transfer in as an EPS member. This needs to be corrected.

4. 🕒 Communicate with the current employer: Talk to your current employer's HR department about the issue. They can liaise with the EPFO to resolve any misunderstandings.

5. 🛂 File a re-application for PF transfer: Once all errors are rectified, file a re-application for PF transfer. Do ensure to mention the correct details.

6. 🤢 Follow up with EPFO: After re-applying, you can follow up with the EPFO through their helpline number or by raising a grievance on the EPFO grievance portal.

Remember, the "Claim Already Settled" status generally means that the EPFO has already processed the claim. If you still see some amount in your old PF account, it could be due to a system error that needs to be rectified.

Hope this helps, and you can successfully transfer your PF amount soon!

🍀 Good luck!
