All social Welfare legislations would apply like PF, ESI/EC. LWF, MB, etc would apply, attention to be given Inter State Migrant Workmen Act 1979.

You have to obtain a license under CL(R&A), ISMW, B&OCW, and PF. The ESI may be required upon notification. You also have to get an NOC from the pollution control department for the Batching Plant and Hot Tar Asphalt plant, which are essential to start.
