Solution for the Error: Wage Month Details
The solution for the error "Kindly provide exact wage month details as per service consideration (Total records are not matching with the total months of service period)." is as follows:
1. Match all wage months as per employee passbook data. (Employee passbook data needs to match with HR data while making the wage file.)
2. The data file should be a TXT file; refer to the sample file which can be viewed after downloading from the employer EPF login pages.
3. Important - If you upload the file in January 2025, then the wage data file should have wage information until December 2024.
Upload the file; it may not give any error.

(Fact Checked)-Great advice! Just ensure the wage data matches HR and passbook records. Be careful with data file format and uploading timelines. Keep up the good work! (1 Acknowledge point)
