I work in a company that started in 2013. It has 50+ employees, but they are still not providing PF to the employees. They are giving the CTC totally in hand. Is it legal? Will it affect my future employments?

Hi, Your employer is supposed to apply for PF coverage. Non-deduction of PF is against the law. If PF is not deducted, you may file a complaint with the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) against the employer for non-payment of PF contributions. But before that, it is better to check with your employer regarding PF.
