Hi,

The general procedure is to hire the services of a third-party employment verification agency. In the absence of such a service, you can collect details of ex-employers, such as address, contact number, email ID, etc., and then email the ex-employer to check the authenticity of the details provided by the candidate. Wherever required, you may also call the ex-employer's HR to verify the information.
