To calculate overtime pay in Excel based on the provided formula of Rs. 75 per hour for a total of 3 hours, 9 minutes, and 11 seconds, you can follow these steps:

1. Convert the total hours into decimal format:
- 3 hours, 9 minutes, and 11 seconds is equivalent to 3.154722 hours (3 + 9/60 + 11/3600).

2. Calculate the overtime pay using the formula:
- Overtime pay = (Rate per hour * Total hours) * 2
- Overtime pay = (75 * 3.154722) * 2
- Overtime pay = 473.08

3. In Excel, you can directly input the formula to calculate the overtime pay:
- In a cell, enter the formula: = (75 * 3.154722) * 2
- The result will be 473.08, which is the overtime pay based on the provided formula.

By following these steps, you can accurately calculate the overtime pay for employees in Excel according to the specified rate and total hours worked.

Note: Ensure that the time format is converted correctly to decimal hours for accurate calculations.
