I have 3 years of experience in the software industry. I have had 2 short employments of 10 and 11 days. Should I mention these short employments on my resume? I can see the two PF account numbers in my service history, and I have resignation acceptance letters from both organizations, which means I didn't abscond from either.

However, including these employments on my resume for future job searches may not reflect well. How should I handle this situation? Please guide.

Hi As PF was deducted better show those experience. When you got relieved properly why you want to hide it? You can project 3 years experience as primary.

@Vmlakshminarayanan, as I mentioned, including those 9-10 days of employment will make it very difficult for me to get shortlisted in future job searches. They may even ask for unnecessary reference checks for that short period of employment.

Hi Ok but if you hide there are chances of the same getting revealed during BGV?

@Vmlakshminarayanan, yes, that is why I asked what is the best thing I can do. Just because of my small mistake, I don't want to risk my entire career. Please advise me on a better and smarter way to handle this situation.

Disclose where? In resume? Or while interview?

Hi, there is no need to show two appointments in your CV where you worked for only 10 and 11 days. What experience you carry is what matters. The PF deduction is not significant, but showing it will lead to more complications. It would be better to mention if you had worked in your previous job for three years.
