Our company will be going to start Production Incentive scheme for Operator but we need the format that on which criteria we will evaluate the monthly output performance of individual operator.

Hi, what is the role of an operator? Is he a machine operator delivering spare parts? If measurable output is in place, then the performance of the operator can be evaluated by the number of spare parts manufactured per day. Set realistic goals regarding per-day expected targets. If the operator achieves over and above, make him qualify for the incentive.
