I worked for a company as a trainee for 20 days in 2020. I made a clean exit, completed all the exit formalities, and received my Full and Final Settlement (FNF). I also received a relieving email stating that a relieving letter will not be issued for employment durations less than 30 days.
Now, TCS is requesting a relieving letter from me. According to the employer's policy, a relieving letter is not provided for periods of employment less than a month. I cannot simply produce it as the experience is not relevant. I am willing to submit an affidavit along with my FNF bank statement and the relieving email, but the HR department is unwilling to consider this.

Hi, When you are properly relieved, you are certainly eligible for a relieving letter. However, in the absence of a proper relieving order, you can present the relieving email issued by your ex-employer along with the FNF statement as proof. You claim that the experience is also not a relevant one. So hopefully, TCS might not insist on a relieving letter as you have email proof and the FNF statement.
