No, your BGV might be cleared in this company, but going forward, your BGV will be marked red as there might be an overlap of employment. Most companies do their BGV from the UAN portal. If in there, your LWD and new joining date overlap, it will create a big issue. Rather than serving the full notice period as you have just started your career.

Don't rush to join a new organization. Ask your new employer if they have a buyout option for you. If not, ask your old employer and settle the matter. You should get an experience letter from them. Be ethical in leaving and joining an organization as it certainly shapes your professional personality and approach towards work.
