Dear Delegates,
I have a query regarding the ESIC Half-year Return Form 5. Please confirm if, for more than 40 employees, it is mandated to undergo CA validation and upload it into the portal.
The ESIC Department Teams say it's not a mandate, but I asked for any notification to communicate the same to our audit team, and they don't have any.
I request this forum to update the details regarding the requirements.
Please do the needful.
