Hi, is he the first employee being relieved from your office? You should have issued a relieving letter for other employees, shouldn't you?

It is strange to note that even for trivial things, templates are requested. A relieving letter should contain the name of the relieved employee, his designation, period of work from... to..., CTC salary per month, and his overall performance rating. That's it.
