Dear Sir, You can use two signatures for EPFO. In case your company is multinational and has multiple branches, you can use them branch-wise. From our perspective, it is advisable to avoid using the owner's signature in EPFO and opt for signatures from positions like GM, CEO, Branch Manager, etc. Kindly clarify the format you require so that we can provide the necessary information.
