I am an employee of an insurance company. If the branch manager doesn't approve the resignation request during the notice period, will it be approved automatically by HR on the last working day? Kindly help. 🙏

Hi, I believe already you posted the same query in another thread? There is no automatic provision. You need to follow up with HR /immediate superior and push for DOL confirmation.
