Hi, you need to follow the leave rules stipulated under the respective Act under which your organization is governed. Company turnover has nothing to do with the leave policy. Example: If your organization comes under the purview of the Shops and Establishment Act, then you need to follow leave rules as per the Gujarat Shops and Establishment Act.

You appear to be a mid-sized company and must have been in existence for some time. There would have been some leave rule in existence.
