I'm working at ______ & it's a ____ group. There, we are working for more than 64 hours a week, and we are not paid overtime. Sometimes there is night work involved, where we have to work for 30 hours continuously in a week. During those nights, we work around 84 hours a week. Is there any legal way to address this? It's a retail industry.

Dear member, Please make your post "anonymous." What is happening with you is unfortunate. However, it is better not to handle these matters on one's own. To redress the grievance, let all the employees gather and give a collective representation to the company authorities. If it does not work, then approach the labor office in your area.

Thanks,
