If you have any related normal lease template, you may use the same. Please ensure the agreement should contain:
- Lessor Company details represented by
- Lessee Company details represented by
- Details of Lease premises
- Details of monthly rent
- Consumption of electricity and water payment directly to the concerned authorities regularly without default within the due date in addition to the aforementioned rent
- Schedule of the leased property
