I received an email from one of the HR members (onboarding team, I guess) stating that the initiated BGC is incorrect and to contact the BGC SPOC to know the pending documents. However, they did not mention who my BGC SPOC is. I tried to contact my recruiter and onboarding manager too, but have not received any responses yet. It would be helpful if I could find out where I can get my BGC SPOC details.
