Hi, If you are in the process of issuing an offer letter to candidates, please add a line stating that "if you fail to report to the office on or before ______, your offer letter stands canceled with immediate effect." If this statement is not included in the offer letter, please send an email to the candidate as follows:

With reference to your job application dated ___ and the subsequent interview that took place at our office on ___, we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected by us.
