Please can someone forward me Employee Bond - Format which binds the employee to stay with the company for at least 1 year in case he leaves without notice, he needs to pay for the same

It is critical condition for stay one year on bond basis. If expenses, training etc are given for long term goal then you can mention in appointment/contract form. and go accordingly.
