Hello Sir/Madam, I have been selected on deputation as a PA in a government organization, and the borrowing company has denied some facilities that I am receiving in my parent company (PSU). Though I have not joined yet, the yearly gratuity contribution is one of the benefits which they have not accepted. I have applied for the same pay scale there. I am ready to accept all the terms and conditions except the gratuity, and for this, I would like to write a request letter for reconsideration of the gratuity contribution to them. Even when I spoke to them regarding this point, one of the deputationists verbally confirmed that I would receive the gratuity contribution. My concern is that they have refused in writing, which is why I would like to write a letter regarding that to them. Can anybody please help me with the specific language to use?
Thanks and regards.

Request Letter for Reconsideration of Gratuity Contribution
Dear [Recipient's Name],
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a specific concern regarding the Gratuity contribution as part of my deputation to your organization. As I am transitioning from my current position in a PSU, where Gratuity is a standard benefit, I am seeking clarification and reconsideration on this matter.
During our previous discussions, I was verbally informed by one of the deputationists that the Gratuity contribution would be provided. However, I recently received written communication indicating otherwise. Given the importance of this benefit and its inclusion in my current pay scale, I kindly request a reconsideration of the decision to exclude Gratuity in my deputation terms.
I am fully committed to accepting all other terms and conditions outlined for the role. However, the Gratuity contribution holds significant value for me, considering its long-term financial implications. I believe that aligning this benefit with my current entitlements would ensure a smoother transition and enhance my overall satisfaction and commitment to the role.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and kindly request a prompt review and response to my request. Should you require any further information or clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
Warm regards,
Jitender Mohnani
