The dependents of the deceased have submitted his death certificate and legal heir certificate through the manpower supply agency. @Sitansu, you need to fill out the EPF Composite Claim Form (Form 20 for PF payment, Form 10D for pension, Form 5IF for EDLI) and have it signed by the employer along with the claim documents. Then, submit it to the EPFO office.

For ESIC, you need to fill out the funeral expenses form, have it signed by the employer, and submit it to the respective ESI Office.
