Dear Sir, I want to change my first name and gender from female to male online. I have updated it, but EPFO rejected my approval. Now, they are asking me for the indemnity bond, appointment letter, passport, SSC mark sheet, Aadhar card, and PAN card. However, I am unable to change my Aadhar card and PAN card at the moment due to the school certificate process taking time. I would like to remove my PF now, but I am unable to do so. Can anyone help me out? Could you please advise me on how to change my name and gender?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Dear, as per my knowledge, EPFO requires an Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and any other government certificate such as a school certificate, passport, or birth certificate. If your school certificate change takes time, you can submit a birth certificate for a name change.
All documents must be signed by you and your employer, and a correction letter must be submitted to the EPFO office.

Sir, I have changed my gender. I was born female, but now I have transitioned from female to male. I have undergone the necessary procedures, and I am now male. However, my birth certificate still states my sex as female. I have already updated my Aadhar card and PAN card with my new name and gender. I am currently employed at Vivo company. What steps should I take to update my birth certificate to reflect my current gender identity?
