ESI Applicability Dilemma: Is It Required When the Dispensary Is 15 Km Away?

HI, ESI dispensary is not situated around 15 from factory, the employees is more than 20o.. kindly give suggestions. if ESI is applicable ??

ESIC is applicable if the district you are in is covered by ESI If in doubt, contact the ESIC office and confirm The existence of a clinic within 15 (I assume it is 15 km) is immaterial at the moment
