P.S. - After spending hours on Google, I am still unsure about the minimum number of holidays (Gazetted + Restricted) that can be given per calendar year as per the National Festival and Holidays Act, besides the 3 Compulsory Holidays - Independence Day, Republic Day, and Gandhi Jayanti.
