I have worked for an MNC company. I joined the company as a fresher and was bonded for 2 years. I had worked for the company for 1 year and 4 months. I encountered some issues with my manager regarding leaves. Later, HR got involved and asked me to submit my resignation. They assured me that upon doing so, I would receive my relieving letter and also 3 months' salary. I complied with their request and resigned on 12th Jan, and my resignation was accepted on the same day.
Despite settling all my dues with the various departments, I have not yet received my relieving letter. I have raised multiple tickets, but the response I received stated that my bond is pending, hence the letters will not be issued. I have attempted to reach out to HR directly via email, but I have not received any response. I am in urgent need of the relieving letter from my current company. Please advise me on how to proceed from this point.
