Dear friends,
Indian court rules against a non-compete clause in the employment agreement. The Delhi High Court has passed a ruling (re-asserting the position of law) that the non-compete clause, where companies restrain employees from soliciting/approaching their clients even after they leave the company, is invalid. The court struck down this non-compete clause in the employment agreement and ruled in favor of the employee.
