Hello everyone, I was an employee of a very reputable organization and due to some reason was asked to leave with a termination email. When I approached for my full and final payment, I was informed that I was late and the company won't be able to provide my FnF.

Claiming Full and Final Settlement

So the question is, it's almost 11 months post my last working day, can I still claim my FnF?

Eligibility for Gratuity

I worked for 4 years and 6 months in the organization. Am I eligible for gratuity?

Compensation for Lack of Notice

Am I eligible to claim for not providing my notice by the organization for the compensation? Please advise.

Claims Under the Limitation Act

Technically speaking, claims of amounts due can be made within 3 years under the Limitation Act.

Employer's Duty in the F&F Process

Further, it was the duty of the employer to handle the F&F process and send the money to you either by cheque or transfer to your bank account. Therefore, the delay is not grounds for refusal. If you are a worker covered under the ID Act, you can seek assistance from the labour commissioner.
