If someone shares a model, it is well and good. However, I can share what a BVG report typically covers:
Personal Details Verification
1. Verification of personal details such as Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Native, Address Verification, Details of Parents and Family, Temporary Address, and Permanent Address, etc.
Educational Summary
2. Verification of educational background including School Education, College Education, and Technical Education from Institutes/Universities, etc.
Employment Summary
3. Verification from first employment to the last but one employment, generally covering Date of Joining/Leaving, Performance Rating, Designations, etc.
Compensation Summary
4. Verification of CTC on specified jobs to check if the CTC details mentioned by the Talent are correct or otherwise, etc.
Criminal Cases Verification
5. Verification of any criminal cases pending against the prospective employee in police stations/courts where the employee lives or any time undergone any punishment by any court of law, etc.
Critical Factors Verification
6. Verification of any critical factors of the CV that need verification by the employer.
These are some of the general factors verified by expert BVG companies, which will provide an exhaustive report with due annexures of the documents of verification and a summary.
An overall summary will be provided on one page, highlighting any major discrepancies and key negative points. It will also categorize the report into RED, AMBER, GREEN, where Green indicates a generally good report.
