Job Offer Dilemma: How to Handle Not Meeting the 80% Education Requirement?

Hi everyone, I recently received a job offer which was having education criteria of 80% and above but I had 77.6%. What should I do now?

You need to inform the employer of your academic status, if it has not been communicated already. Seek clarification on your employment status. They may consider your case favourably.

When there is an education criterion of 80%, how was the offer rolled out by the company in your case? There could be some conditional clauses that allow those with lower than 80% to be considered. Check this out clearly.
