In my PF account, I have 10k, but when I try to apply for the short service cessation option multiple times, I receive a message stating "insufficient balance." How can I resolve this issue with the short service cessation and withdraw my remaining amount? Also, I am unsure whether to apply using Form 10C or Form 19 for my PF withdrawal. I am confused; please help me by providing some guidance.

Confirm Employment Status
Please confirm whether you are still working in the same company or if you have resigned.
Withdrawal Options After Resignation
If you have resigned, your employer must mark your exit from services. In such a case, you can apply for Form 19 (Full withdrawal) and Form 10C (Pension amount withdrawal).
Application for PF Advance
If your exit has not been marked, you can apply only for PF Advance using Form 31.
Eligibility for Form 10C
Please note that if you have worked for less than 6 months, Form 10C withdrawal is not possible (to the best of my knowledge).
