Remuneration Structure Concerns

The above is not a scientific remuneration structure—the basic pay is very low and probably does not fulfill the minimum wage condition. It will be necessary to pay PF contribution on (monthly gross - HRA - statutory bonus) based on the latest Supreme Court verdict.

Revisiting Remuneration Structure

Based on the labor codes, it will be necessary to revisit the entire remuneration structure in detail to fulfill the 50:50 conditions. (Labor codes are expected to be implemented from 01.04.2021).
