Migrant labor license expired 13.08.2020 only for 30 members to change the rule minimum, 50 members, central state rules. The new Application form applied for 30 to 50 excess.

What I understood from your various posts above is that you have engaged 30 ISM workers. According to you, now to obtain/renew the license, you need to have 50 ISM workers as per the new amendment. Can you please supply us with a copy of this amendment? According to my knowledge, there is no such amendment, and you need to obtain/renew your license when you have more than 5 ISM workmen.
