Hello,

What are the points to be considered to release the May-20 salary? As per the SC, it is up to management discretion. I would like other HR members of the group to share their experiences and the points they consider when releasing the salary. This should be separate from the salary cut for inter-state employees and employees within the state who did not return to work upon the announcement of the organization's restart date (MSMEs).

We cannot take an entirely legalistic stand in this torrid time, but give humane consideration. Many of the in-state employees may not be able to turn up due to their area being in the Red Zone, lack of transport, etc. But if an employee tries to take the organization for granted, then no mercy needs to be shown. Those who have worked from home should be rewarded. Being an MSME, you need to make decisions on an individual basis depending on how he/she has responded.
