Understanding EPF Contributions During COVID-19: Are There New Guidelines from March 2020?

As announced by the government, 24% (employer + employee) share will be borne/paid by the government for the next three months. Are there any modalities provided by EPFO, and is it applicable from March 2020 or something else?
