HI, My one colleague has been terminated as she saw videos on her mobile during working hours. Is this a serious reason for immediate termination. Please guide me the procedure in this case.

It depends upon the company policy, but to be justifiable, he employee should be given an opportunity to be heard. Dismissal from service without even asking for an explanation is bad in law.
